Our beginning
V1 Software Solutions Private Limited was incorporated on 22 October 2026 under the Companies Act, 2013 as a company limited by shares. Founded by Boda Prameela, Boda Jeebiyar and Boda Vivan, V1 is based in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh.
We are building the company for a long horizon. The purpose is to develop software and digital infrastructure that can be applied to different operational settings, and to work with partners who bring sector knowledge, distribution, research, systems and ideas.
Business scope
The Memorandum sets out the company’s proposed objects and intended capacity to carry on the following activities, subject to applicable law:
- Designing, developing, writing, modifying, testing, implementing, customising, upgrading, maintaining and supporting computer software, programmes, architectures, enterprise applications, business software, IT solutions and digital products tailored to operational requirements.
- Designing, developing, building, owning, operating, hosting, licensing, marketing and commercialising proprietary web and mobile applications, cloud solutions, software platforms, data systems, digital infrastructure and subscription-based or other SaaS products.
- Providing IT enabled services and technology consultancy, systems integration, technical support, implementation, application and database management, data processing, business process optimisation, analytics and reporting.
- Researching, developing, testing, deploying and commercialising software technologies, automation, APIs, cloud solutions and enterprise systems; and acquiring, developing, owning, licensing, using and commercially exploiting related intellectual property, subject to applicable law.
- Entering lawful agreements, collaborations, licences, service contracts and strategic alliances with individuals, firms, companies, government bodies, institutions and other organisations in India or abroad for development, deployment, distribution, maintenance and commercial exploitation of software and related services.
Technology may support organisations in education, commerce, industry, professional services, institutions and public services. A classification code does not itself grant a sector specific licence or enlarge the company’s constitutional objects. References to education and other sectors describe potential settings for technology offerings; they do not state that V1 operates a school, college or other regulated institution.
V1 may pursue activities consistent with its Memorandum and Articles of Association. Any material expansion outside the existing objects must follow the corporate procedures and regulatory requirements that apply, including, where required, a special resolution and registration of an alteration to the Memorandum under section 13 of the Companies Act, 2013, and any separate approvals relevant to the activity. Projects within the existing objects may proceed through appropriate Board decisions; a Board decision does not replace any member resolution, filing, registration or sector approval required by law.

We aim to build enduring working relationships with organisations that can contribute complementary technology, industry understanding, research, implementation capability or access to new markets. The form and scope of each arrangement will be agreed in writing and conducted within applicable law.
