Terms of use

These terms govern access to this website. Separate written terms will govern any future commercial engagement with V1.

Effective date: 23 October 2026

1. Use of this website

This website is published by V1 Software Solutions Private Limited for general company and business information. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security or other visitors’ use.

2. Information and availability

Website content describes the company and its proposed business objects. It is not a binding offer, technical specification, professional advice, guarantee of availability or commitment to provide a particular product or service. Company information is provided for convenience; statutory filings and official records remain authoritative. We may update or withdraw material and may change website availability.

3. Intellectual property and links

Unless otherwise stated, original website text, layout, graphics and brand material belong to V1 or are used with permission. You may access and share links to the site for lawful informational purposes. Commercial reproduction requires prior written consent. Third-party names and marks remain with their respective owners. External links are provided for convenience; V1 does not control or warrant external content.

4. No contract formed through this site

An enquiry, discussion, indicative estimate or email exchange does not by itself create a service, licensing, partnership, employment or other commercial agreement. No statement on this website should be treated as an offer capable of acceptance unless it expressly says so and is issued by an authorised representative for that purpose.

5. Future products and service agreements

Any future software development, SaaS product, implementation, support, consultancy, integration, licence, distribution or other paid engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement, order form or product terms accepted by the relevant parties. As appropriate to the engagement, those terms may address:

  • scope, deliverables, dependencies, milestones and acceptance;
  • fees, taxes, invoicing, payment and approved expenses;
  • customer and provider responsibilities and change control;
  • support arrangements and service levels, if expressly agreed;
  • ownership and licensing of software, materials and intellectual property;
  • confidentiality, data handling, security and permitted use;
  • term, renewal, suspension, termination and transition assistance;
  • warranties, disclaimers, liability, indemnities and dispute procedures.

No hosting location, certification, service level, security standard or availability commitment is promised by this website. The executed agreement for an engagement will govern that work to the extent stated in it and permitted by law.

6. Electronic correspondence and designated domain

The company has designated v1private.com as its official web domain and info@v1private.com for general electronic correspondence. Email is not necessarily secure or confidential. Verify significant instructions and contractual terms in an executed agreement. Do not rely on an unsolicited message purporting to vary an agreement without confirmation through an established company contact.

7. Liability and applicable law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, V1 is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from use of general website information, temporary interruption or third-party websites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

8. Company scope and changes

The proposed business objects and possible expansion are subject to V1’s constitutional documents, corporate approvals, required filings, sector-specific permissions and applicable law. These website terms may be revised by publication of an updated version on this page. Any executed commercial agreement remains subject to its own change provisions.
